M/S Vital Trading Service’s quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers.

This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to both existing customers and potential customer.

In order to implement this policy all Staff is individually held accountable for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Senior Executive Vice President who conducts quality training programs off and on and also provides counseling to employees.
